These Terms of Service govern the use of the BakeBuddy mobile application available on Google Play and the App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to these terms.

To use BakeBuddy, you must be at least 13 years of age. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may use the application only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
BakeBuddy is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
BakeBuddy offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features. The subscription is available on a monthly or annual basis and can be purchased through Google Play or the App Store.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms of the respective store. All billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled directly by Google LLC or Apple Inc. — the application administrator does not process payment data.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Refunds are subject to the refund policy of Google Play or the App Store respectively. The application administrator does not issue refunds directly.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the application, such as recipes or notes. By using the application, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
All intellectual property rights in BakeBuddy — including the application, its design, code, and content — belong to the owner of BakeBuddy. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
BakeBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained from its use (such as baking recipes or calculations) will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
Use of recipes, ingredient calculations, and cake size conversions is at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the owner of BakeBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including loss of data or interruption of service.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the application (in account settings). Deleting your account will result in permanent removal of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel it separately through your Google Play or App Store account settings before deleting the account.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be informed of significant changes within the application or by email. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from the use of the application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

The following provisions apply solely to your use of the Application downloaded via the Apple App Store and apply in addition to the rest of this Agreement.
14.1. Parties to the Agreement
This Agreement is concluded solely between you and the owner of BakeBuddy, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Application or its content.
14.2. Scope of License
The owner of BakeBuddy grants you a non-transferable license to use the Application only on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchase via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
14.3. Maintenance and Support
The owner of BakeBuddy is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
14.4. Warranty
The owner of BakeBuddy is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of the owner of BakeBuddy.
14.5. Product Claims
The owner of BakeBuddy, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
14.6. Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the Application, or your possession and use of the Application, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the owner of BakeBuddy, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
14.7. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

By using the Application, you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement (e.g., your wireless data service agreement or internet service provider's terms).
14.10. Third-Party Beneficiary
You agree that Apple Inc. and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
